Went to Labuan on Saturday to fetch my little sis back...overall, i hate the weather there...damn hot and the food there is not tasty at all,such as,we went to pizza hut at one of the shopping mall at labuan to have our lunch,the service of the restaurant is bad ,we sit there for about 5-8 minits no people come to serve us,after i raise my hand up, then they come and serve us...Really poor service..that's ok,forgot about it... another thing happen again, when they serve the garlic bread,the taste is like put for one months and the garlic taste is so bad ,i wanna vomit when i ate the garlic bread...i am not stastified with it, so i call up the waitress and ask him to change it, he didn't say sorry us,he just put the dish in the table and just go..what kind of service is this??pizza hut is a franchise restaurant, the service must be the same,really dissapointed with the waitress there..they are not train well by they Manager for sure....anyway,forgot about it...Labuan is just a small island...i didn't expect more about the service there....The good things at labuan is the chocolate, cigaratte, perfume and alcohol is cheap because labuan is a duty free state in Malaysia...i help my colleauge buy some chocolate and alcohol...is really cheap compare to kota kinabalu...
