i knew someone...wow..he is a business minded person....can u imagine he is working as a mechanic at the workshop, monthly salary of RM1,500 ...With extra income of RM 3,000, which is he is doing extra job in fishery industry....Meaning to say he is earning RM4,500 per month....he is doing this for almost 3 years...such a good plan.... he start at the age of 21....i should learn from him too......i should come out some ideal in order to earn extra income......

He told me RM4,500 per month is not enough for him....even RM4,500 Per month.. he can't afford to buy a house.....
can u imagine the price of house is so expensive nowadays......
at least RM6,000 of monthly salary then u can purchase a house....Aww....how to work out that big amount of pay???by invest???by buying unit trust???i don't have any idea...
